Chef Greg grew up in the Bay Area and has always had a connection with food. In early 2000′s, Greg met his wife Sandra while they attended The California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. After graduating, the couple moved to New York City and cooked there for three years before deciding to move to Dallas in 2005. Greg worked for several acclaimed chefs (David McMillan, Anthony Bombaci, Stephan Pyles, Nick Badovinus) upon arriving in Dallas. In 2008, while working for Tristan Simon with Consilient Restaurant Group, Greg opened Victor Tangos and operated it for several years. Also that same year, he, his wife, and brother-in-law started Bbbop Seoul Kitchen. Greg spent several years at The Joule Hotel and was involved in activating their new concepts Weekend Coffee, CBD Provisions, and Americano. Over the next decade, Greg and his partners grew to three Bbbop locations, Chicken Moto, and Tacoria, which they continue to operate and connect within the local community. Greg was also a competition judge at the 2015 Cupcake Camp. We are so glad to have him join us again1
