Are you a pro or amateur baker? I definitely think I’m a combination of both because I learn new things about baking and decorating every day!
This year, our theme is “Frosting, the international language of love.” We’re all Texans now, but tell us a little bit about your heritage! Where did you grow up? Where do you live now? I was born in Dallas and grew up in Lancaster, Texas. After graduating from Texas State University I went to work in Human Resources and I now live in North Dallas.
What type of cupcake will you be bringing to Cupcake Camp Dallas? My signature cupcake- Seduction, as well as Birthday Cake, German Chocolate and southern classics: Strawberry, Red Velvet, Strawberry Shortcake!
Tell us how you heard about cupcake camp: I heard about Cupcake Camp via a co-worker, and I knew I had to participate this year.
What makes a great cupcake? Fresh ingredients and having a passion for baking! Chocolate helps too!!
