Are you a pro or amateur baker? I guess I would be considered a Pro Baker, I am a vendor at different venues around Dallas as well as a restaurant in Plano sells my cupcakes on a weekly basis. I am currently looking for a retail location to open my shop! I have always played around in the kitchen and have loved baking for as long as i can remember, but within the last year I have turned my love into a full on reality, and i couldn’t be happier!
This year, our theme is “Frosting, the international language of love.” We’re all Texans now, but tell us a little bit about your heritage! Where did you grow up? Where do you live now? I was born and raised in Dallas but my family is Italian. I will be bringing in a cupcake that touches on my Italian roots!
What type of cupcake will you be bringing to Cupcake Camp Dallas? I am going to be bringing some of my most popular flavors to cupcake camp such as: Chocolate Hazelnut with a Hot Chocolate Frosting, Red Velvet Latte, Strawberry, Banana and some other great flavors!
How did you find out about Cupcake Camp Dallas? I heard of cupcake camp through a friend who told me that I could NOT pass it up this year!
What makes a great cupcake? I think what makes a great cupcake is confidence in knowing that experimenting with different flavors and mixing and matching different recipes can actually turn out a great unique cupcake! That, and never measuring the vanilla…
Got a good tip? A tip that I would give someone would be to be careful not to overmix the batter!
